My most recent series breaks free of any standard background, as I've come to realize the surface being painted on should be as unique and artistic as what is being painted on it.
This new series is also a culmination of all previous styles and methods, combining acrylic, latex, spray paint and silkscreening. Not to mention boards being layered, notched in, raised and overall used as their own application of design that works with every other part. I have now started painting with woodgrain.
